For change management to be successful there needs to be consensus among top management about the need for change, but also about what aspects to focus on and which measures to take.

This requires a holistic approach, i.e. a clear understanding of all key success factors for effecting far-reaching changes. Our Six Step Change Model helps to identify the most critical levers for change and thus develop appropriate change strategies.
