As a consequence, managers at all levels must engage in a robust dialogue to invite multiple viewpoints, see the pros and cons, and try honestly and candidly to construct new viewpoints rather than defending the old order.
3. Keeping Their Feet to The Fire
Execution is the “Achilles’ heel” of change projects. Successful execution depends very much on clear communication of objectives/reasons why, involving people in the process and rewarding performance (or move or let people go). Very often, resistance to change is underestimated because “Old habits die hard”.
4. Follow-Up: Reviewing and Adjusting
