Cross-Cultural Leadership

We offer in-house trainings to hone your managers’ ability to operate successfully in a multi-cultural environment.

Our modular training session can be quickly adapted to suit the particular needs of individuals and companies.

Our cross-cultural leadership training comprises three steps:

Step 1: Creating awareness for cross-cultural issues

Step 2Developing cultural skills and competencies

Step 3: Applying those skills to cross-cultural management challenges

We use a range of tested tools to gauge an individual’s cultural sensitivity. Using that as a starting point we then systematically develop the appropriate skills.

At the conceptual level, our training provides an overview of relevant research findings (concepts, tools, insights) concerning

  • Cross-cultural dimensions
  • Corporate cultures
  • Effective leadership in culturally diverse settings


At the application level, we work with typical cross-cultural leadership challenges such as

  • Dealing with differences in national cultures
  • Coping with divers corporate cultures
  • Honing leadership skills and competencies in international settings
  • Managing individuals and teams with different cultures backgrounds
  • Managing corporate culture change and postmerger integration
