Coaching and Supervision
Executive Coaching
Change efforts often fail because people don’t know how to cope with change not because they are opposed to change in principle. This is why we offer coaching (including supervision) as an additional measure to support the change process.
Our main focus in coaching executives and managers is the leadership edge that they bring to fulfilling the company’s business objectives. When appropriate we use tested tools for developing leadership skills and competencies (e.g. 360 degree evaluations, “Day in the Life” Studies).
Individual and Team Coaching
Coaching helps to identify potential strengths and developmental needs particularly with regard to change efforts. Very often, individual and team coaching is a necessary first step to get people to open up to the need for change. Only once that hurdle has been taken can people refocus and adopt a forward looking and pragmatic approach.
We have found significant value in diagnostic tools such as The Herman Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI®) to analyse fundamental attitudinal and behavioural properties in both individuals and teams.
Coaching clearly is no panacea for effecting change. But it can help surface deeply engrained attitudes and behavioural patterns that stand in the way of effecting change.
Our coaches have extensive experience in handling management and employee issues at various organisational levels.
